Lobsterfist’s Archival Services Department Presents: Photos pinched from Joseph J. Cook’s wonderful but out-of-print book, The Nocturnal World of the Lobster, which received the Lobsterfist Review of Books treatment on July 12. In the coming weeks, we’ll run about a dozen of these rare gems along with Cook’s captions. Here’s a hot one from page 26. “This giant 25-pound lobster was caught in the offshore waters of New England.” Damn straight.
