‘Girl in a Chemise’ - Pablo Picasso, 1905
This is my favourite Picasso … I saw it in person at the Picasso exhibition at the Tate . It was amazing, I was overwhelmed. The Melancholic use of blue really struck a chord.
you see, it wasn’t all about the cubism with Picasso :P I do so love his early work.
